Our Favourite Fruity Desserts!

No matter what the occasion, everyone is partial to a dessert of some description. A fruity dessert is not only delicious but it’s also a healthy alternative to other sweets! The addition of a few staple fruits to your after-dinner delight is easy done. Basic fruits such as apples, pears and oranges can be sliced into nearly any yogurt to give you that rich chunky taste that very few can resist.

The majority of the popular desserts can be easily made at home. There are obviously many recipes available to choose from; here are some of our favourite dishes.

Crumbles

One of the best known desserts that can be made simply and cheaply at home has to be the crumble. This delicious recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and is always a treat to the taste buds. Many traditional crumbles are made with apples, pears, peaches and berries. If you’re feeling a little more daring, you can also try passion fruit, mango or fig.
